Tricia is the Director of Moving Minds Alliance (MMA). MMA is a growing international multi-stakeholder network comprising 40 organisations including UN agencies, NGOs, donors and academic institutions advocating for young children and caregivers affected by crisis and displacement to be prioritised in every crisis response. 

Tricia previously served as Director of Child to Child, a leading child participation agency, and was a Co-chair of the BOND Child Rights Network for 6 years. She was formerly Director of Programmes at Lumos Foundation, where she led a global portfolio focused on transforming child protection and welfare systems to prevent family separation and spearheaded its humanitarian responses in Ukraine and Moldova.
