Paul Moch Islas is Vice-Provost for Teaching and Learning at Talisis. He is the founder and former CEO of Camino21, now part of the Talisis ecosystem, an EdTech company specialising in professional development for educators. Camino21 has partnered with over 30 universities across LATAM, reaching more than 15,000 faculty members. Paul holds a Master’s degree in International Education Policy from Harvard University, where he also served as a Fellow and Researcher. He has worked with organisations including the UNDP, UNFPA, Fundación Ethos, Mexico's Ministry of Transport and Communication (SICT) and Institute for Adult Education (INEA). He currently teaches Education Policy at ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México) and UERRE (Universidad Regiomontana). Paul is a member of the Latin American Coalition for Teaching Excellence (Coalición Latinoamericana por la Excelencia Docente) and serves as an expert advisor to the National Education Council (CNE) of Peru.
