Mariana serves PLH as their Mexico Scaling Officer, helping bring evidence-based parenting programmes to more families across Mexico and the Latin America and Caribbean region.

Based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and drawing on over a decade of experience in public policy, programme implementation, and partnership building, she works closely with governments, UNICEF offices, and local partners to turn evidence into action.

Mariana is passionate about creating connections between people, ideas, and systems to achieve meaningful impact for children, families, communities, and nature. Outside of work, she loves travelling, walking her four dogs, and can often be found at a theatre performance or planning her next adventure.
