Lorena Paz serves PLH as their Junior Scaling Officer for Latin America. She contributes to the development and scaling of positive parenting programmes in the region by adapting programme materials, supporting partner and government coordination, and testing digital tools to ensure effective implementation.

Lorena has a background in international relations and holds a master’s degree in public and social policy. She has coordinated initiatives in education, culture, and urbanism across the public, private, and social sectors. When she is not lost in a good book, you’ll find her exploring the city or cheering on her favourite football teams. She is currently based in Monterrey, Mexico.
