Laila Nasuha serves as the Malaysia Scaling Officer at PLH, supporting the national expansion of the Naungan Kasih Parenting Programme. A professionally trained social worker, she has a background in advocacy and training for social workers. She has contributed to mapping the social service workforce and professionalizing social work for vulnerable children, especially those affected by migration. She is also a trainer and facilitator for Naungan Kasih Parenting Program and Parenting for Rohingya Refugees, equipping caregivers with essential parenting skills.

Passionate about community empowerment, Laila aspires to strengthen welfare services for marginalized families in Malaysia. She believes strong, supported families are the foundation of resilient communities. Outside of work, she enjoys catching up with friends, often conversing about social issues.
