Durgesh Rajandiran serves PLH as their Scaling Manager for Malaysia. She is currently leading the national scale-up of the Naungan Kasih Hybrid Parenting Programme with government agencies, civil society organisations, UNICEF, and academic institutions to expand its reach, impact, and sustainability. In this role, she previously led a parenting program for Rohingya refugee families in Malaysia. Durgesh has a background in early childhood development and was trained as an academic researcher at UCLA Linguistics and Harvard Psychology, studying language acquisition and processing in children and adults.

Before joining PLH, Durgesh developed and implemented a standardised suite of outcome measurement tools at an education consultancy to strengthen the global impact of their programs. Outside of work, she enjoys weekends away from screens—reading, gardening, hiking, spending time with family and friends, traveling, or doing science experiments with the tots in her extended family.
